MUM vs HYD, Head to Head

MUM vs HYD Dream11 Prediction: Batters and Wicket-Keepers
David Warner was back at his best against Bengaluru in the last match as he scored 54 from just 37 balls which was fabulous as he was batting second on a slow Chennai track and thus gave a total of 85 fantasy points.
In recent times, Warner has had a great success against Mumbai in the Indian T20 league as he has scores of 85*, 60, 15, 6, 49, 48 & 90* in his last 7 matches against them and thus has given at least 55 fantasy points only in batting in 5 out of these 7 matches.
Thus, looking at his overall consistency in the Indian T20 league, his current form, and his record against Mumbai he has a Fantasy Gully rating of 9.2 and hence should be a must-have in your fantasy team.
Given that Mumbai does not have an off spinner in their starting XI, Warner can be a good pick as he can be dominant against Chahar and Krunal.
Suryakumar Yadav is in sublime form and should be a must have in your team. He has scores of 56, 31, 32 & 57 in his last 4 T20 matches and thus has fetched at least 40 to 45 points in each of these 4 matches.
Since Suryakumar has joined for Mumbai, he has played against Hyderabad 6 times and in these 6 matches his scores are 36, 27, 23, 7, 34 & 28. Hence in only 1 match he has not given any returns but in all the others he has given at least that many points which are enough for him to feature in the Dream team.
In the 2 matches so far, Suryakumar has played spinners brilliantly and hardly was found struggling against them which could prove beneficial for Mumbai as the Afghan Rashid and Nadeem would be bowling 6 to 7 overs in the middle phase which Surya can easily dominate in this fixture.
Since joining Mumbai, Quinton de Kock has played 4 times against Hyderabad and in these 4 matches he has scored 180 runs (at a strike rate of 140) which includes 2 fifties. Also, overall, in the Indian T20 league he has a good record against Hyderabad having scored 331 runs in 9 matches which accounts for an estimated average of 40+ batting fantasy points against Hyderabad which is quite high.
Quinton de Kock played his 1st match of the season the other night in which he was ineffective with the bat (scored only 2 runs), but he took 1 catch and inflicted 1 stumping and thus he did manage to score 26 points, enough for him to feature in the dream team for that match.
Hence even if he scores 20 to 25 runs with the bat (which is quite unusual from a player like him as he many of the times scores much mor than that) his wicketkeeping can give bonus 8 to 16 points and thus he can be a perfect wicketkeeper choice for this fixture.
MUM vs HYD Dream11 Prediction: Bowlers
Trent Boult has so far picked 3 wickets in his 2 matches (2/27 & 1/36) this season and is looking in good rhythm.
He is coming from a good T20I series against Australia in which he had taken 7 wickets in 5 matches with being wicketless in only 1 match thus proving that with him fantasy points are guaranteed in every match.
He has a Fantasy Gully rating of 8.5 and has given an average of 50 fantasy points in his last 10 T20 matches which is more than enough for him to be a perfect candidate for the Dream team.
As context, in the last season he played only once against Hyderabad and in that match, he took 2/28.
Rashid Khan should be a must have as he has taken 2 wickets in each of his 2 matches this season (2/18 & 2/24) and thus has given at least 50 points in each of these matches.
Chennai track has started to slow down as it was seen in the last 2 matches and hence a spinner like Rashid can never be out of fantasy points on a surface like this.
In fact, Rashid has been wicketless in only 1 out of his last 10 matches (total 14 wickets taken in these matches) in the Indian T20 league and thus he has given guaranteed fantasy points in every match barring just one.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar with 1 wicket each in 2 matches so far has not given big fantasy points but can be a good pick for this fixture as he had enjoyed a good success against Mumbai in recent times.
In his last 6 matches against Mumbai in the Indian T20 league he has taken 1/29, 1/34, 2/29, 3/21, 1/23 & 1/17. Thus, not has he regularly taken wickets but has also been very economical and thus can give you extra points over 25 of the wickets.
Also, in the 2 matches at Chennai, we have seen that the mighty Mumbai hard hitters (Pollard, Hardik and Krunal) have found it difficult to score runs at a heavy strike rate and this is exactly when Bhuvneshwar can come in handy as he most of the times bowls 2 overs in the death and can be a wicket taker against these players.
MUM vs HYD Dream11 Prediction: All-Rounders
Jason Holder was very effective for Hyderabad in the last match as he took 3 wickets and thus gave a total of 87 fantasy points which was the 4th highest by a player in that match.
He was ineffective with the bat the other night but that was one of the cases as he is very consistent in many other matches and can score 15 to 20 handy runs with ease.
If we look at his runs scored/wicket taken in his last 5 T20 matches, it reads 4/3, 14*/1, 9/1, 29*/1 & 33*/1 thus it is evident that he does guarantee fantasy points either with bat or bowl or with both.
He has a Fantasy Gully rating of 9.0 and has given 61 fantasy points in his last 10 T20 matches and thus should be the first-choice all-rounder to be picked for this fixture.
Krunal Pandya has so far taken a wicket in each of his 2 matches and with the bat has scored 15 & 7 runs, respectively. As far as fantasy points are considered, he has given an identical of 53 points each in both these matches and thus has been in the Dream team on both the occasions.
It seems that the Chennai track is slowing down as more and more matches are being played and thus a smart spinner like Krunal can come in more than handy, not only with wickets but also in terms of economy as in the last match he conceded only 13 runs in his 4 overs.
He has not performed brilliantly with the bat so far but still can be more than handy as last season in one of the matches against Hyderabad he scored 20* from just 4 balls (2 sixes and 2 fours)
